Invited me for an interview and said that I was the only candidate that they were considering. They then requested that I do a “work trial” for a day to see if I wanted to change jobs and naively I did the unpaid labour and took a day off my normal job. After working hard there and doing everyone’s tasks, I got ghosted. Shame on you.

Once I got the call to come in for a interview, the process was very quick, and second interview with head of business was done in the same day which was really good and went well
