I dropped my CV in store. One week later I got a call from tk maxx that they would like to invite me for interview. On interview day I had to do reatil assessment followed by the interview. During my interview manager asked me so many various questions. I was waiting around week for call back from them with the job offer.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
