I applied via paper application, then I was invited to a group interview then invited to a one to one interview, which was a bit challenging. The manager then called me up the same day and offered me the role.

applied in person via application form took 1 week to get back to me then had a phone interview which took 10 mins just usual customer service questions and holidays you have and what your flexibility is, was offered to come down for a 1-2-1 at the end of the phone interview. 1-2-1 interview was 2 days later, was first asked to do a retail selection quiz, it was 30 questions about yourself in the work place and the second Half is around 5 scenario questions. after that I was took in for the 1-2-1 interview in which they asked me 4 questions which took about 10 minutes. I got the job an hour and a half later.
