Group interviews in a hotel in the anticipation of a new store opening. The atmosphere was friendly and enthusaistic about a new store opening. The turn around time between interview and job offer was efficient.

Do you have experience in retail? What is your availability? Are you understanding of the role and the work expected of you.
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!

Entretien
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
