The interview process was standard process. I had the HR manager review my application and we went over my goals and what I hope to contribute to the company.

Well versed & not intimidating, they want the best and want to work with you on your career goals. They are also very flexible in the job requirements and want to work with you in highlighting your strengths.

Entretien
Phone interview then in person interview with local management. Was upfront and comfortable asking and answering questions. Professional interview and was through with questions and answers both. It was informaitive as for both parties.
