Overly complex and asking questions that were not relevant for someone who has no experience. I was grilled for 45 minutes and they did not even bother to follow up with me.

Entretien
It was very robotic, it was actually a bit intimidating because it didn’t seem personalized at all. I know it’s for a job but it should at least seem a bit less stiff.
