The process up to the actual interview was just how everyone else has described, same questions "tell me about a time you did this, this and this". Even in the actual interview the questions were just as expected. What really caught me off guard was the method they conducted the interview. There were 4 interviewees including myself, they put us in a conference room each person at their own table. Which at first I was fine with, no big deal running low on space or something. 4 Interviewers came in and each sat at a table we began. The interviews were timed (about 10 minutes per question, there were 5). The really odd part came when after each question, the interviewers rotated to the next person, so each question was asked by a different person. I'm not sure if this is a common method to conduct interviews, just nothing i had experienced or heard of and it kind of caught me of guard. In regards to the questions, they weren't anything new. Just make sure you try to fill that time slot for each question. They really want details, and they ask questions to pull them out.

the interview was very quick. at the time I interviewed in early 2020, I had one phone screen and one in-person interview. they use the STAR method in the in-person interview.
