Interviewers came across cold and were dressed unprofessionally, in street clothes. This gave me the impression that they don't care about their work or the company and the culture is very relaxed. Salary offer was much lower than what I make now at another firm in Denver doing the same job. The firm also requires mandatory overtime, which means I would have had to work more hours for less money. The interview became awkward once I pointed this out and I subsequently told the interviewers, thanks but no thanks.
