J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez T. Rowe Price (New York, NY) en avr. 2021
Entretien
The interview process had 2 rounds. First the Hiring Manager has a 1 hour video call asking generic questions about candidate's background and past experience. Then the next round is 1 Hour coding exercise and 1 Hour design problem.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The coding interview was for 1 hour. They gave me a question on palindrome. They asked to choose any editor and share my screen. I chose the first editor I found online and shared my screen. After writing the code, they asked if I already came across with the same question before, by looking at my browser tabs of leetcode. After responding I might have solved similar problem, they asked me to stop with 21 minutes into an hour long interview. It was very strange experience.
Screening interview with HR, 3 interviews of 2 on 1s with team members. Took around 2 weeks total as the interviews with team members were all remote, so I’m assuming there was scheduling conflicts to overcome.

Entretien
I interviewed here a while ago and ended the process due to receiving a job offer elsewhere. Everyone I dealt with here was professional, friendly, the work looked interesting and I feel the technical test was in line with what I would have expected with the seniority level. They are completely open about hiring process and pay/benefits from the start and in my opinion again these seemed in line or slightly better for the industry

Entretien
First round was a phone screen with the recruiter. Second round was a high overview discussion with the tech lead and a junior developer. They asked very basic questions about my resume and how I would typically code (structuring code, code reviews, etc). They seemed nice but both appeared to be fairly inexperienced based on some of the questions I asked them.

Question 1
Discuss resume. How would you do a code review and what would you look for? Do you like to learn and do you apply what you learned to your day-to-day? Very easy, generic questions.
