My first interview was with administrative leads of different departments because there were several open positions. I was told my interview would last about two hours but I was there for four. I was given what I considered to be a basic skills test for an experienced assistant. I was called back a week later to interview with department managers.

4 rounds of 1-hour interviews with the hiring manager and team over Zoom. They were moving quickly through the process so all interviews took place over a few days time.
