Entretien
Process took 3+ weeks. The two individuals who interviewed me were nice one of them much easier to communicate than the other.
The interview itself was easy and they were looking for someone to build of there marketing department. I went through 2 rounds of personal interviews plus I had to complete a marketing plan for them.
At the end of the 3 weeks they decided to pass on my application. One of the interviewers did allow feedback which was unfortunately useless. This was due to the fact that he couldn’t offer any constructive feed back. The only reason why I was not qualified for the position was because I did not have enough experience within the scope of finance/taxes. Which I was honest about my experience with the type of business they do. So I felt my time was wasted and they had me do probono work.
So they didn’t hire anyone else for the position just reposted it now as Marketing Manager but same exact description.
