I applied through LinkedIn and heard back a day or two later. At the time, I was looking to relocate and lived about 2.5 hours away from TCS headquarters. When TCS reached out for the phone interview, I just happened to be in town and I asked if they'd be interested in meeting in person - they said yes! When I arrived, the Marketing Director brought me into their conference room and was told that we'd have a couple of others joining - which ended up being a total of 8 people. I felt extremely comfortable during the entire interview process as everyone was extremely friendly and outgoing. It felt like we were having a conversation rather than an "interrogation" as most interviews tend to feel. I believe the interview lasted an hour (possibly longer) and heard back not long after with a job offer. Very pleasant experience and I knew right away that I wanted to work here!
