Spoke with recruiter a week after I applied for phone interview to get a general idea of the job and ask my questions. About two days later I got another call to set up interview at the store location.

They asked general questions about my job background and why I want to work there. And a lot of questions geared toward seeing how you work in high stress jobs and deal with conflict
Online microsoft teams interview with regional recruiter and then in person interview with managers at local branch, process took a couple of weeks and was not the quickest follow up i’ve been through
1 screening call and one in-person at the branch. ITS VERY SIMPLE AND EASY TO CRACK
