Good interview process they asked great questions and really tried to get to know me and understand my fit on the team - something that not many banks do. Technicals took more of a back seat

Quick and behavioural focused interview - friendly and asked a lot of questions that required STAR answer methodology. Finished the interview under an hour, and overall very positive experience. Went with another offer as it aligned better with my career goals.

Applied in January for the position. No references required. Was contacted via e-mail to do a phone interview with a recruiter approx. two weeks after applying. 4-5 weeks later I was contacted to interview for the position via Microsoft Teams with the department. I was told that I would receive a yes/no answer within two weeks but I haven't heard back at all. Considering that the process was time-consuming, stretched over 3 months and ended so close to summer, it was pretty inconsiderate to not receive a reply back at all.
