It was a group style interview, where we were in a lecture style environment about the company for the beginning until we were divided up to speak individually with a manager.

A lot of behavioural based questions, What is the difference between sales and customer service.
The process was super smooth, it was divided into different parts like behavioral , technical and previous experiences. Also we have to prepare for otl license exam, which company helps you in.
It needed preparation. They asked questions about client experience, how to handle difficult client. Why do you want to work for TD. What are your salary expectations? How would you commute to work and how far you live?
