So far in the first stages of the hiring process. Submitted application last week and within days got a message from the hiring manager (I suspect) asking for availability for a 30min video interview. A bit informal of an approach as I usually get reached out via email or phone call with more instruction on what to expect.

I was called right away and given a meeting time within one week from the original call. The interview was a basic and typical job interview "what are you good at" "what is your weakness". Once I was offered the job, I had to wait 3 weeks to start and then was not fully trained for a month after that.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Once I was hired, no one knew what they were doing. The system was very disorganized and needs adjustments. The training process was unnecessarily long and a waste of time.
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TD (Gaithersburg, MD) en mars 2026
Entretien
I applied online and got an online interview with the district manager. Next, I had an interview at the specific location. I was not told it was a panel interview and the 3 managers were very unprofessional. They asked inappropriate questions, changed the question after my response, and it was overall a very toxic/humiliating one hour interview.
Was very straightforward, make sure to remain calm. Answer confidently and be honest. Try to know some fun facts about the company; they love it when you are knowledgeable and know about where you want to work. It shows that you are interested and that it's not just another job.
