I initially interviewed with TD Bank for an internship position. There was an initial interview conducted over the phone with a recruiter, then an in-office interview with a manager. Both were made to be informational for the employer, as well as the applicant. Later on when interviewing for a full-time position, I was allowed the opportunity to interview at three separate locations, each in-office, with two managers at each office.
Easy. Know current ratio, debt ratios, 5 cs of credit etc. Its mostly about fit. Commercial banking is easy. Know things like personal guarantees, commercial guarantees, ebitda etc. Operating margin too
