Entretien
Called me over the phone, scheduled a meeting and met a manager and answer basic questions. The process was not too different from standard. Got a little technical, but nothing different from what you would expect in this process, manager was polite and went well. In the end the best candidate got it.
The interview process includes Case Study Questions, behavior questions, and some technical questions. It wasn't easy and had many parts to each question. I would recommend taking a couple hours studying.
They first started with a Phone interview which was 15 minutes. Asked basic questions like why did you apply for this role, and asked for the best customer service time, then got invited for in person interview 1.5 hours. Said it was one round only.

1. phone interview- BQ questions 2. team member interview-technical +BQ 3. Manager interview-technical + BQ almost basic questions and hiring managers are quite nice. communication is more important. Provide examples when you answer the questions.
