the process is normal, you need to create your profile online and apply to the position, once you get a call the HR will fix appointment for a screening phone interview which lasts for approximately an hour, then if you have been short listed you will have another interview with HR person for general and behavioral question,finally you will be interviewed by a panel and then 2 days later you be given an offer.
Awesome interview process, it was professional & courteous. The interview process is lengthy, but worth it in the end!
I spend two years in this role and I loved it.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to be an FSR?
There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.
1st phone, 2nd video call (2 different people), 3rd offer letter, 4th go take pick up pcs, 5th start working. Customer service type of questions. Tell me about yourself. Weaknesses and strengthens
