The interview was fairly laid back and focused mainly on my experience with other employers. We took turns asking questions to get a feel for one another and see whether or not each was a good fit for the other. The interviewer was very personable and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and was eager to answer my questions. Overall, the process was easy to average and I did not feel nervous or pressured in any way during the process.
