Phone Interview with Corporate Recruiter
In person with Account Manager's and DBO
Half Day interview with Recruiter's
Each recruiter should go through a phone screen with the company Recruiter to complete initial assessments.
After that, you will meet with a panel of manager's to go in depth on your skills and career goals.
If you make it to the final round, you will be at an office for 1/2 day to watch the morning meeting (Red Zone), then you will meet with a few recruiters for mini-interviews, then you will meet with management 1 more time before you leave.
They will gather as a group to make a decision. (It's always good to send a thank you gift!)

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
