Aside from the usual phone interviews, the face-to-face interviews were not easy. This is due to TEKSystems being thorough in determining if you meet their requirements along with having a drive to do the job, recruit people. If you have anything on your resume or indicate something during the interview process about having other career path interests, then they will question your reason and potential for recruiting.

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

Entretien
Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
