Applied online through website. After getting in touch with someone, I was scheduled a time for a rep to call. Was given an interview via telephone after one month of submitting a resume, and was asked questions pertaining to what they were looking for.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
