You will have a one on one with the director and sometimes another manager. If they like you then you will have a panel interview with other account managers. You will then job shadow for half a day and go to lunch with the director and maybe another recruiter.

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

Entretien
Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
