on the phone and in person. first was a phone call second was in person. easy to talk to. Process was easy to go through. after two interviews they bring you in for a half day interview.

Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
