Had a short initial phone screen with HR, then an in person interview with the DBO, and about a week later I went in for a shadowing half-day and had mini "interviews" with 5-6 employees in 20-30 minute intervals that felt more like conversations and showing what the job is like than an interview.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
