Face to face interview and then a half a day interview/shadow. I interviewed with two people and we discussed work experience and education. The interview was really easy. As long as you can hold a conversation and be excited about the opportunity that TEKsystems provides, then you will get an offer. The half-day is more of a shadowing experience. You talk with a few of the senior recruiters in the office about what they do.
