Entretien
Phone interview with corporate recruiter going over standard personality type questions. Second interview was with Director of Branch Operations at location. This lasted about 90 minutes and was a mix of personality and business acumen questions. Third interview was both a panel interview with local Account Managers and a "half-day" with recruiters to see what they do on a daily basis. Offered position after the half-day interview. Background check followed.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
