Very conversational, easy to talk to, asked me questions mostly about resilience- had to provide 2 examples, walk through my resume, wanted to know more personal things about me. 1 phone interview, zoom interview, then a shadow day which I talked to multiple people

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
