The HR just asked me to have interview with their managers, without telling me any details about the role I would be interviewing for (even I asked for). During the interview, one of the manager was not paying attention to me. I don't feel I am respected during the whole interview process.

Short, and easy, no technical questions, mostly just personality based questions and then the offer was immediately given at the end of the interview. Only around half an hour duration

Interview with Tech guys first, they are nice. Mostly they focus on technical side. Then the HR ,who is bad. Because she thinks doing overtime equal to learn which I totally disagree. They gave me offer but I didn’t accept because the HR also said they pay me for learning here. And the salary is low.
Advice to company: Letting HR to hire software engineer is not a good idea.
