I thought the process stunk. I never heard back after going through all the little steps and having a phone interview. And then 6 months later or so am asked if I wanted to have a phone interview and then sent an automated rejection notice due to I guess my response being less than gratifying. My experience made the company feel cold and unfeeling, in my opinion.
