I had two interview with this company. The first was an intro with the HR manager where we had a conversation about my background and the team's goals. The second interview was with the managers of the team, a new team back then that would develop a new product. Very simple interview about my background, it was like a conversation. Friendly people and seemed a good place to work. Although the feedback I got during the interview was positive, I never heard back from them. After 1 month the said that the process was still open. It is very unprofessional after 2 interviews not to reply back even with a rejection mail.

Entretien
Interview was made by peers and was very straightforward. It was based mostly on previous experiences and general software practices. Generally it was centered on how you think as an engineer more than anything else. Offer came on time and covered what was asked. In general a pleasant experience.
