Pre-screening with HR, then Three rounds of interviews with team. the first two had two 30 min interviews back to back, the final was with the managing director. One of the interviews in the first round is a take home case study. Whole process took two months from when I submitted my cover letter. Everyone was very professional and enthusiastic to speak to me.

Normal questions like tell me about yourself, why are you a good fit, what do I know about TIAA in 10 seconds, and more company specific questions like what challenges and trends does the company face. Good to know retirement keywords like annuities, IRAs, etc.
