I applied online and got a call from HR. Then did an initial phone screen. I was then brought in for a face to face with the hiring manager. I needed to do a presentation of sorts (really it was like an exercise to produce a document to show how I think/work). I had a one hour interview with hiring manager. I received good feedback within the week and set up a final interview with the director the following week. The final interview was more a conversation and seemed to be more one to see if my style fit with theirs than a skill interview. Overall, it was good process. It was fast and I got good input.
