I had the first interview with them and recruiter was very friendly and helpful but the problem was they did not back to me after 2 week although they said they will and I had to follow up to tell me that I am rejected

I interview with a recruiter, He was nice, then he scheduled an interview with the Head of engineering and the Head of product management, the meeting was more kind of a conversation. It was really great. After this I got a home task that I completed and submitted. Unfortunately I did not receive any response after more than 4 weeks and after sending emails to different people. I was rejected, which it is OK. What was disappointing and frustrating is that I was not provided with feedback about what can I improve, also if it wasn't for the several people I had to contact, I probably would have never received an official rejection email. I guess this is a proof about how disorganised are things there and the lack of professionalism that exists on the company. I guess this was a sign 🤔 that it was for the best not to work for a Company that has such internal and organizational problems.
