Unlike anything I've done before, it was informal and there were several. More interested in how I responded to questions or things I didn't know, then what I knew coming in.

What was a problem you solved that you are most proud of?
First stage: interview with HR. Second stage: coding challenge. Third stage: interview with other developers. Overall, I would say that it was a smooth process. The coding challenge simulated a real world project and wasn't too difficult.
