Walked in, Filled out application. Associate called a manager over and had an interview on the spot, kind of weird (different). Sat with one of the managers in the front of the store and went over my resume and asked a few questions.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
