In total i had four interview for TJ Maxx Allocation Analyst. The first two interviews were were phone calls. After this I had a zoom interview where i spoke with one person. The last interview I had was video submissions. I had to read multiple questions and answer with a video submission.

First there is a hirevue virtual interview, then a phone screening with the recruiter, and finally an interview at the HQ in Framingham. The all day interview is long but goes by fast. It has three steps; an introduction, a group case study, and several one on one interviews.
