Applied via LinkedIn quick apply. Had a chat with the manager I would be working under and a senior stress engineer. Both were very nice guys. Asked technical questions about my experience as it pertained to my resume. If you aren't lying on your resume, you'll be fine.

Why are you looking for a new job?
There was a telephone call with the hiring manager, followed by an on site interview with a panel, including team members and then a follow up with a couple of references that I provided. Interview process was fairly relaxed throughout the process
