Entretien
The application process was fairly standard. I submitted an updated copy of my CV and no cover letter was required. TLT gave me a call at the end of the week and asked a few general questions about the firm and why I chose them as my future place of employment. Then I was offered an interview.
Instructions about the actual interview were sent via email and were very clear and helpful. At the beginning of the interview I was given a 15 minute task that was aimed to test my paralegal skills of collecting and using the correct information for the client's needs. Then the actual interview commenced. I was asked about my previous experience, my expectations about the work and the team, and also some time management questions. At the end I had a chance to ask my own questions, and I highly enjoyed that as getting an insight into the firm's operation is always very interesting and helpful.

Question 1
One of the questions that really stood out was about the emotional attitude of a candidate to some aspects of the job and how that candidate would handle his or her emotions.
The interview was over zoom and felt very relaxed. I felt like they were very engaged and made me feel very comfortable, there was no attempt to be intimidating. I didn’t feel questions were asked to try and catch me out, it felt very genuine.

Entretien
I sent my CV. I was contacted by an HR member and I had a first short telephone interview. After it, I was invitied to a more formal interview with an HR member and a partner.
After few days they offered me the job.
