- I had a call with Business Manager to inform him that I accepted another offer that was similar in terms of benefits, but it fits better for my technical interest. I feel pity that it didn't worked out, but definitely I'll contact them on my future job search (I hope not too soon :)).

I was asked to present 2 projects that I worked on.
L'iter di selezione è durato 6 settimane.
Nel mio caso non è stato veloce, ma dipende dalle tempistiche dei clienti.
Il primo step è stato una chiamata con l'HR in cui viene chiesto di fare una brochure nel loro formato.
Se la brochure piace al manager, si passa al secondo step che consiste in un colloquio diretto con lui in cui si parla delle esperienze in modo più approfondito e si accennano aspettative economiche .
A seguito di esso si organizza il colloquio con il cliente ed in caso positivo si riceve una proposta economica.
Le persone con cui ho parlato si sono dimostrate sempre disponibili e attente durante tutto il percorso di selezione. Ho apprezzato in particolare la continuità tra i vari colloqui: anche quando alcuni aspetti non venivano approfonditi in uno specifico incontro, venivano ripresi e valorizzati successivamente sulla base di quanto emerso nei colloqui precedenti. Questo ha dato la sensazione di un processo strutturato e realmente orientato alla valutazione complessiva della persona.
Processo lunghissimo, tra colloqui con HR, tecnico di TMC e ingegneri del cliente ci è voluto più di un mese. Nel complesso l'offerta era buona ma offrivano CCNL commercio e per motivi etici ho rifiutato

Entretien
Colloquio prima rimandato all'ultimo minuto e poi dopo la rischedulazione iniziato con 30 minuti di ritardo senza avviso. La persona che svolgeva il colloquio sembrava aver letto il mio CV solo al momento del colloquio.
Mai più ricontattato dopo il colloquio conoscitivo e tecnico nonostante a voce avessero espresso interesse e avessero detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere.
