It was good and smooth as well as being fast. It started with them reaching out to me on LinkedIn. After that, I started a conversation with mechatronics talent acquisition and another interview with his manager.
Very friendly interview to know what you seek and where your experience lies to align it best with what their partners are seeking. You would start with expressing your self, then technical experience and knowledge then your interest.
