Hired through a Temp company. I moved jobs internally and the interview process was between 2 managers asking generic interview questions. Overall the selection process should be geared more toward basic computer skills and the ability to multi task on the phones.

Can you type and read? Do you consider yourself reliable to show up to work? Do you have call center experience or Healthcare industry knowledge.
Interview set up by a recruiter, and you had a chance to meet with a supervisor. There was an assessment. Upon offer, it was contingent on background check and drug screening.

Its basically a one on one with a person at one of their remote locations. the room is filled with many other people who are interviewing at the same time as you so its a bit loud.
Honestly just feels like a job fair more than an interview.

You are hired on through manpower.You get ask maybe three questions before you are automatically placed. Then you are sent out for a drug testing if passed you are scheduled for a training date which is 6 weeks long
