So first I have a phone call with a person from HR that went well expect by the sounds of it she expected me to be interviewed even before the phone call. So I walked in and it was weird not to be greeted by anyone. You are literally greeting by a iPad and not a person. You can tell they are trying to cut costs. The interview was Just the person talking about himself he didn't care to look at my portfolio or resume. He was pointing to other websites and talking about how he wanted it to look like that specific website but didn't know how. It was a bit unnerving when he mentioned we don't know how you will make us money but we just know we need better design. That made me think so why are we having this conversation if you don't think I would add value to your company.
