I applied for this co through my college, they took an online test which i cleared and then they called for Interview. But when I went to their office , I saw there were students from other colleges too, there were approx 50 - 60 students. Then they took a written test for English language and according to that test they divided all the students in 6 -6 groups. And after that they took GD and through GD they only selected 6 Students. from my college they selected 2 students only. This Company always does this. they go for campus recruitment in many colleges and they shortlist students from there and then call all the shortlishted students from all the colleges on same day and then select only 5 6 students from them. sometimes they don't even select any student. Same thing this company did in Internship also.

Entretien
The interview was generic, but the management was not clear of what they wanted . Kept us waiting for no reason, and then weren’t ready to negotiate on salary. The management kept unnecessarily increasing the number of rounds; and ended up asking the same questions!
