I was interviewed on campus with a HR Director from Rochester. She was very friendly never ask anything about Banking. She asked to describe my busiest day. She asked what leadership roles I held. She asked how I motivate people as it was a task I needed to do before. I was then selected to move to the second round. I interviewed with 3 people at their HQ in Buffalo. It was a great experience and everyone seemed so nice.
