Quite a bit of a wait between submitting the application and getting contacted for an interview, but once the company reached out about setting up the interview the entire process went very quickly. HR rep I worked with was very good about setting expectations, process was clear, and everything happened promptly (again, after the initial wait after submitting the application).

Question 1
The "team fit" interview was all about my experience and what I wanted to do. First part of the "technical" interview was essentially all about how data gets from a lidar to a useful piece of information: lidar principles, 3D transforms, point clouds, segmentation, filtering, etc. Second part of the technical interview was live coding in C+. Atmosphere was laid-back and the people on the live coding interview were helpful. Live coding was more about the mechanics of object-oriented programming than specifically about C++ or higher-level architecture or design patterns, but again the entire live coding exercise was done in C++ so be familiar with using the language.
It was a 4hr loop Interview focusing on Behavioural, System Design, Managerial and Coding. Larger emphasis on System Design where I haven't met the expectations.
Managerial round was basically on resume. C++ round was in-depth about STL, memory management, smart pointers and some intrinsics of C++.
System design, the focus was on clarity of your answer rather than correctness.
The good part is they gave very honest in depth feedback explaining where I lacked. Hopefully would make it the next time.

Had 4 rounds of techincal interview, all of them were chill but got rejected even though i performed extremely well. 4 rounds were project discussion, python technical, white board, behavioural.

One round OA, one medium, one medium/hard, and one hard question.
Second round zoom interview, HR emailed one day before asking for project presentation at the beginning of the interview, second half of the zoom interview is one coding question medium hard.
