Telephone Call this was more casual just getting to know you andnot asking much when on the phone, was then given a choice of dates to go in for the assessment. Assessment such as questions and numeric questions, Telephone Call was asked a few questions making sure to use the word empathy and compassion within the interview and customer service.

I found interview a bit daunting they had a maths exam that had to be passed to be successful. There was also 2-3 weeks of training before starting the job but it was fully paid
