Take a typing and use of computers test. Then interview with two different hiring employees. Process takes from 2-3 hours. They did not have a specific schedule for training or for after training. They also did not have a start date. After the process when they called to give me this information it was not within my availability that I had on my application, so I had to change around my whole life schedule to take the job. That was just for training and then they did the same exact thing when they gave me my permanent schedule. It was the most disorganized scheduling and training process I have ever seen in the about 10 jobs I have had.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
