The process interview is smooth and easy. The step-by-step process interview is well appropriately done. You will not get confused on the next process since the instructions were provided in a good way. The best thing also is the feedback was timely manner response. Also, after you passed the certain requirements from initial-assessment-final interview and validation, worries no more because the recruitment team will guide us to proceed and are willing to help for our successful journey in this BPO industry

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
